In this experiential workshop, participants explore how simple, intentional rituals can open pathways to imagination, intuition, and authentic creative expression.
This class invites you to explore ritual as a pathway into your own creative source. Through gentle, intentional practices—movement, breath, writing, and mindful making—you’ll learn to use ritual as a way to quiet distraction, deepen focus, and awaken imagination.
Ritual becomes less about tradition and more about presence: a way of listening inwardly, aligning with rhythm and intuition, and trusting what wants to emerge. Together, we’ll explore how personal ceremony can support flow, release resistance, and reconnect you to the inner well of creative energy that lives beneath everyday life.
No artistic background is needed—just curiosity, openness, and a desire to create from a place of authenticity and wholeness.

In this intimate writing workshop with the artist and author Velda Thomas, participants are invited to explore personal storytelling as a pathway to self-expression and healing.
Through guided prompts, reflection, and gentle discussion, you’ll learn how writing can help uncover inner truths, give voice to memory, and transform lived experience into art.
This is not about grammar or perfection- it’s about authenticity, courage, and connection. Using words, poetry, journaling, and creative narrative exercises you will practice writing as a mindful act of self-discovery and renewal.
In this workshop, you will:
• Be given guided writing prompts that evoke honesty and imagination.
• Learn somatic techniques for writing through emotion and memory.
• Begin to develop a personal practice for reflection and healing.
• Share (if you wish) in a safe, supportive space.
No prior writing experience is needed — just a pen, a notebook, and an open heart.

An immersive, hands-on introduction to the timeless craft of block printing!
Guided step-by-step by the artist, participants will explore how pattern, texture, and color can transform a hand-carved block into striking prints on paper or fabric.
You’ll discover both the meditative rhythm and expressive potential of this traditional art form.
In this class, you will:
• Design a simple image or motif.
• Learn safe and effective carving techniques.
• Experiment with inking, discuss color layering, and pattern repetition.
• Create finished prints to take home.
All materials are provided. `
No previous experience is needed- just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore the handmade process.
